Myth #1: Crescent Processing Company has a poor reputation with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)-
Crescent Processing Company is currently not an accredited business with the BBB, therefore, Crescent is automatically given a lower rating. There are 294 complaints on the BBB site. Crescent Processing Company has been providing service to small and medium sized businesses across the U.S. since 2006 and has done business with over 65,000 merchants during that time. So, while there are a few hundred complaints over the five years Crescent has been in business, it represents less than 1% of Crescent’s customer base. In addition, most of the complaints have been resolved and Crescent is diligently working to resolve the rest. The BBB is currently being investigated by several states Attorney Generals’ office for unfair practices and whether their grading system is misleading.
